Pengamanan Ketat, Pleno Rekapitulasi di KPU akan Dijaga 3 Ribu Polisi

Daerah Metro Jaya menyiapkan pengamanan ekstra ketat untuk menjaga proses pleno rakpitulasi hasil suara Pilpres 2014. Rekapitulasi ini akan dijaga ketat oleh 3 ribu lebih personel polisi.

Wakapolda Metro Jaya Brigjen Pol Sudjarno mengatakan, pihaknya akan melakukan barikade di sejumlah titik ruas jalan yang menuju ke kantor KPU, Jl Imam Bonjol, Jakarta Pusat pada Senin, 22 Juli 2014 nanti.

"Ada beberapa titik yang kita siapkan untuk penyekatan-penyekatan karena KPU memang harus steril, di situ kegiatan itu harus berjalan langsung dan kita berharap massa tidak mendekat ke situ. Kita sekat massa dalam radius tertentu," jelas Sudjarno kepada wartawan di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Kamis (17/7/2014).

Untuk kekuatan, Polda Metro Jaya mengerahkan 3.121 personel yang akan mengamankan proses rekapitulasi ini, yang melibatkan Satuan Brimob, Satuan Sabhara, Satuan Reserse, Satuan Intel dan Satuan Lalu Lintas dengan senjata api lengkap.

Sudjarno mengatakan, seperti pada saat proses pengambilan nomor urut Capres-Cawapres beberapa waktu lalu, untuk massa pengunjung yang diperbolehkan masuk ke gedung KPU hanya yang memiliki ID Card.

"Nanti dibatasi, hanya VIP dan yang ber-ID card saja yang boleh masuk. Sedangkan untuk massa yang tidak ber-ID card di luar," imbuhnya.

Sudjarno menambahkan, pihaknya sudah mempersiapkan rencana kontijensi apabila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, misalnya kerusuhan akibat adanya kubu yang tidak menerima kekalahan dalam hasil perhitungan suara.

"Secara sistem sudah ada. Ketidakpuasan itu bisa lewat jalur MK, kalau terjadi sesuatu misalnya rusuh kita sudah punya rencana kontijensi, tetapi langkah-langkah preventif harus yang utama kita lakukan dulu," lanjutnya.

Sementara untuk melatih kesiapan pasukan pada hari H-nya, Polda Metro Jaya akan melakukan simulasi terlebih dahulu di gedung KPU. Simulasi akan digelar pada Sabtu, 19 Juli 2014 sore.

"Nanti akan kita tutup jalan-jalan menuju ke gedung KPU sekitar setengah jam karena nanti kita akan simulasikan kerusuhan, sehingga jalan perlu ditutup," ujarnya.

Sore ini Diumumkan 104 Ribu Nama Calon Mahasiswa yang Lulus SBMPTN

 Jakarta - Ada 104 ribu calon mahasiswa yang lulus tes seleksi bersama masuk perguruan tinggi negeri (SBMPTN). Mereka akan berkuliah di universitas negeri.

"Pengumuman akan dilakukan pukul 17.00 WIB, lewat online secara serentak," kata panitia SBMPTN Bambang Hermanto dalam keterangannya, Senin (9/6/2014).

Menurut dia, pihak panitia SBMPTN akan melakukan jumpa pers sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB di Hotel Sari Pan Pacific. Nanti akan diumumkan bagaimana mengecek lewat online.

"Di media cetak kita akan umumkan besok, Kamis (16/7)," tambah dia.

Boediono: Situasinya Gawat Apabila Ada 1 Bank Jatuh

Jakarta - Mantan Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) Boediono membeberkan latar belakang pemberian fasilitas pendanaan jangka pendek (FPJP) ke Bank Century.

"Situasinya gawat apabila ada 1 bank jatuh apakah Century, maka akan terjadi rentetan penyerbuan terhadap bank-bank," kata Boediono bersaksi untuk mantan Deputi Gubernur BI Budi Mulya di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta, Jumat (9/5/2014).

Jawaban ini disampaikan saat Jaksa KPK KMS Rono menanyakan kondisi ekonomi ketika Dewan Gubernur BI mengubah Peraturan BI mengenai syarat pemberian FPJP. Boediono menegaskan FPJP perlu diberikan untuk menghindar kondisi krisis seperti tahun 1998.

"Ini pengalaman 97-98 dalam situasi krisis banyak isu beredar bank mana yang mengalami masalah likuiditas dimana tidak ada blanket guarantee. Menutup bank pada saat itu resikonya luar biasa sekali," ujar dia.

Menurut Boediono, RDG membahas perubahan PBI untuk menyesuaikan perkembangan kondisi perbankan saat itu. "Dan itu tentu, kita ingin suatu peraturan yang bisa menampung semua termasuk yang bisa menangani apa yang ada di mata kita Bank Century yang kolaps. PBI menampung semua kemungkinan yang dihadapi menjelang beberapa waktu ke depan," sebut Boediono.

JK: Ada Imbas Krisis di 2008, Tapi Investasi dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Tetap Bagus

Jakarta - Mantan Wapres Jusuf Kalla bersaksi di PN Tipikor Jakarta dalam persidangan kasus Bank Century. Pria yang akrab disapa JK ini mengakui ada imbas krisis Amerika Serikat di Indonesia, namun tidak begitu berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian di tanah air.

"Pada 2007-2008 ada krisis keuangan di Amerika yang membuat daya beli mereka menurun. Terjadi imbas kedua di Indonesia, karena daya beli AS turun," ujar JK di PN Tipikor Jakarta, Jl Rasuna Said, Jaksel, Kamis (8/6/2014).

JK menuturkan, ada pengaruh dalam nilai kurs rupiah. Juga di sektor-sektor lain. Namun dia memastikan, krisis yang terjadi tidak sebesar jika dibandingkan dengan krisis 98.

"Tapi saya dilapori bahwa APBN tetap bagus, kredit bagus, investasi bagus, pertumbuhan ekonomi tetap terjadi enam persen," ujar JK.

JK juga membandingkan, pada krisis 1998, terjadi moral hazard di Indonesia. Sedangkan, pada 2008, menurutnya itu tidak sampai terjadi.

"Kalau 2008, mungkin moral hazard kecil, dan itu hanya di sedikit tempat saja," ujar JK.

DPR Rajin Bolos karena Rakyat Salah Pilih

JAKARTA - Fenomena kursi kosong saat rapat paripurna DPR jelang berakhirnya masa bakti anggota DPR 2009-2014 bukanlah hal yang aneh. Minimnya kehadiran anggota dewan menyebabkan berbagai keputusan penting yang akan divoting pada rapat paripurna menjadi batal.

Padahal, subtansi yang divoting sangat penting bagi rakyat dan negara. Sementara, bagi anggota dewan yang terpilih kembali di Pemilu 2014, masalah kehadiran menjadi penting demi eksistensi diri ke media.

Tetapi bagi anggota dewan yang "gagal" masuk kembali karena kalah di pemilu kemarin, menghadiri rapat-rapat di DPR menjadi bukan keharusan lagi. Meski demikian, tokoh yang langganan masuk Senayan pun juga kerap ogah-ogahan hadir dalam rapat penting DPR.

Pengamat komunikasi politik, Ari Junaedi, menilai tabiat mengosongkan kursi di saat rapat paripurna DPR yang sangat penting tanpa alasan yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan menjadi "virus" Senayan yang membahayakan. Anggota DPR selalu mempertontonkan sebagai orang yang tidak memegang amanah yang telah diberikan pemilih.

"Sebaiknya rakyat tidak boleh melupakan anggota DPR yang pembolos ulung. Tetapi herannya, pembolos-pembolos juga terpilih kembali karena pemilihnya juga terlena dengan guyuran materi di saat kampanye. Jangan lagi pilih anggota DPR seperti itu, yang terbukti gagal mendidik dirinya sendiri," jelas Ari kepada Okezone, Rabu (30/4/2014).

"Pemilu yang datang seharusnya menjadi arena pengadilan namun sayangnya pemilih terlalu pragmatis juga dalam meilih calonnya. Pilihan sudah menjadi bubur, dan kita dipaksa menelan bubur yang tidak enak rasanya," imbuhnya.

Menurut pengajar Program Pascasarjana di Universitas Indonesia (UI) dan Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) Semarang ini, unsur malu sudah lama "hilang" di jiwa anggota dewan yang kerap bolos di sidang-sidang penting DPR. Inilah wajah anggota parlemen yang menjadikan anggota DPR sebagai profesi, bukan sebagai panggilan jiwa.

"Alih-alih panggilan jiwa atau mengabdi kepada rakyat. Yang dipikiirkan ketika terpilih kembali menjadi anggota DPR adalah bagaimana cara mengembalikan dana yang habis-habisan dipakai ketika kampanye. Karena fokus mengerjakan pekerjaan lain yang lebih menghasilkan duit, rapat di DPR menjadi tidak penting lagi. Menjadi anggota DPR adalah simbol status sekaligus pembeda kelas dengan rakyat jelata seperti kita-kita ini," jelas dia.

Seharusnya, publik menyesali karena telah memilih sosok yang tidak tepat untuk mewakilinya di gedung parlemen.

"Harusnya kita menyesali dengan pilihan kita yang salah. Ada anekdot di kalangan dosen sekarang ini. Perlakukan mahasiswa yang bernilai 'A' di semua mata kuliah dengan biasa-biasa saja karena nantinya mahasiswa itu akan menjadi rekan sejawat alias menjadi dosen juga. Perlakukan dengan baik untuk mahasiswa yang bernilai 'B' atau 'C' karena nantinya mahasiswa ini besar kemungkinan menjadi menteri atau direktur BUMN," kata dia.

"Tetapi istimewakan mahasiswa yang memiliki nilai 'D' di hampir semua mata kuliah yang diambilnya, karena bisa jadi kelak menjadi anggota Dewan. Inikah semacam tuduhan sarkasme dari masyarakat yang muak dengan anggota parlemen," pungkas peraih penghargaan World Customs Organization Sertificate of Merit 2014 ini.

Kiki, Kawan Sekontrakan Afrischa Menghilang Pasca Temannya Digelandang Polisi

Jakarta - Salah satu tersangka kejahatan seksual di TK Jakarta International School (JIS), Afrischa alias Icha diketahui tinggal bersama dengan rekan perempuannya. Pemilik kontrakan di mana Icha tinggal mengenal kawan Icha bernama Kiki.

"Sejak Icha didatangi polisi. Kiki sudah nggak pernah keliatan lagi. Ya mungkin dia takut terlibat karena dia kan selama ini orang terdekatnya (Icha)," kata Zikri, adik dari pemilik kontrakan yang ditempati Afrischa, saat ditemui detikcom, Senin (28/4/2014).

Kontrakan itu berada di Jl Sengon RT 01/03 no 16 Cinere, Depok. Pemilik kontrakan hanya tahu Icha bekerja sebagai cleaning service di sebuah sekolah.

Selain itu, Zikri juga tidak tahu menahu kemana perginya, Kiki, teman sekontrakan Icha. Zikri hanya tahu, pagi tadi seseorang yang mengaku adik Icha mengemasi barang-barang dan pergi meninggalkan kontrakan.

"Tadi pagi ya sekitar jam 09.00 WIB. Cowok yang ngaku adiknya Icha bawa barang-barang terus katanya ke Pondok Cabe, nggak tahu bener atau nggak," kata Zikri.

Sementara itu, menurut Zikri, kawan sekamar Icha yang bernama Kiki itu tidak diketahui berada di mana sekarang ini. Zikri juga tidak tahu pasti Kiki bekerja di mana.

Pria 'sakti' di Pasar Senen bernama Rajes Kumar asal Medan

MERDEKA.COM. Namanya Rajes Kumar. Ia tiba-tiba menyedot perhatian dengan aksi yang dilakukannya di Pasar Senen. Pria asal Medan itu mencoba memadamkan api yang tengah membakar Blok III Pasar Senen, Jakarta Pusat.

"Saya berusaha mendatangkan hujan dengan izin Allah. Semoga hujan turun," kata Rajes di Pasar Senen, Jumat (25/4).

Ia mengaku tak sengaja datang ke Pasar Senen. Awalnya ia cuma ingin jalan-jalan di sekitar Pasar Senen. Karena melihat kepulan asap, dengan keahliannya ia mencoba memadamkan api yang sudah membakar sejak pagi tadi.

"Ya itung-itung menolong sesama manusia. Semoga hujan turun," ujarnya.

Pertama kali, dia hanya diam sambil berjalan mendekati salah satu kios yang ludes terbakar. Segera memulai ritual dengan menunduk dan mengangkat kepala. Ritual dilanjutkan dengan azan. Meski mendapat perhatian banyak orang, namun tak terlihat ada yang berani mendekat.

Tiba-tiba asap tebal keluar dari dalam kios. Si pawang kemudian menggerak-gerakkan tangannya, menghalau asap yang mengepul keluar dari dalam bangunan. Si pawang juga membawa botol berisi air. Kemungkinan sebagai media ritualnya.

Hingga siang ini, api belum berhasil dipadamkan. Puluhan mobil pemadam kebakaran yang dikerahkan mengalami kesulitan, lantaran sulitnya mendapat pasokan air.

Mitos keangkeran 2 kabupaten jadi pantangan dikunjungi presiden

Mitos memang sudah melekat sejak lama di bumi Nusantara, salah satunya di Jawa. Mitos didefinisikan sebagai cerita prosa rakyat yang menceritakan kisah-kisah lama berisi penafsiran tentang alam semesta dan keberadaan makhluk di dalamnya.

Bagi sebagian masyarakat, terutama para penuturnya, Mitos ini dianggap benar-benar terjadi. Misalnya mitos keangkeran dua kabupaten, yakni Kediri dan Bojonegoro di Jawa Timur yang menjadi pantangan presiden RI untuk dikunjungi.

Konon, mitos yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat setempat, bila presiden RI berkunjung ke dua daerah itu bakal lengser. Entah karena kebetulan atau tidak, tapi beberapa presiden yang berkunjung ke Kediri--sebelum Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY)--selalu lengser.

Presiden Soekarno, BJ Habibie dan Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur), lengser setelah tak lama berkunjung ke kota tahu itu. Bahkan sepanjang pemerintahannya selama 32 tahun, Soeharto tidak pernah menginjakkan kaki ke Kediri.

Dalam riwayat Babat Kadhiri, konon terdapat kutukan pada kerajaan Kediri tatkala terlibat dalam peperangan dengan musuh. Bunyinya, "Jika pasukan Kediri menyerang musuh di daerah lawan lebih dulu akan selalu memenangkan pertempuran, akan tetapi sebaliknya jika musuh langsung menyerang ke pusat kerajaan Kediri lebih dulu maka musuh itu akan selalu berhasil memperoleh kemenangan yang gemilang."

Barangkali karena kutukan itulah konon para presiden RI selalu menghindari untuk singgah ke kota Kediri dalam setiap perjalanan di wilayah Jawa Timur. Ada yang menafsirkan, tatkala presiden berani singgah ke Kediri, maka posisi mereka bakal mudah diserang oleh musuh atau lawan politiknya.

Namun kisah tutur masyarakat setempat mengaitkan kutukan itu dengan tempat, misalnya Simpang Lima Gumul di Kediri, yang dipercaya sebagai pusat Kerajaan Kediri. Sementara kisah lain mengaitkan mitos dengan kutukan Sungai Brantas yang menjadi tapal batas Kerajaan Kediri, yakni bila ada raja, kini disebut presiden, masuk ke Kediri melewati Sungai Berantas maka akan lengser.

Boleh percaya boleh tidak, tapi Presiden SBY pernah mendengar cerita itu, dan untuk menghormatinya memilih melewati jalan melingkat lewat Blitar sebelum ke Kediri menemui korban letusan Gunung Kelud.

"Kemarin saya mau ke Kediri, sms masuk luar biasa, Pak SBY jangan ke kediri nanti anda jatuh," kata Presiden SBY saat membuka Musyawarah Nasional FKPPI, di Caringin Bogor, 29 Oktober 2007.

Kabupaten yang memiliki mitos mirip adalah Bojonegoro. Konon, dari enam presiden di Indonesia, hanya Soekarno yang pernah menginjakkan kaki di daerah yang lekat dengan legenda Angling Dharma itu.

"Tidak ada satu presiden yang menginjakkan kakinya di sini. Tidak tahu kenapa," kata Gus Mul, salah seorang tokoh masyarakat di Bojonegoro saat berbincang dengan merdeka.com Senin lalu.

Namun, dari cerita yang dia tahu, ada mitos yang beredar di kalangan masyarakat bahwa jika presiden mampir di Bojonegoro, dia akan turun dari tahta. Sebagai seorang tokoh pemuka agama, Gus Mul mengenyampingkan mitos tersebut. "Itu hanya mitos. Kalau mau datang ya datang saja," ujar Gus Mul.

Memang belum banyak fakta mitos ini terjadi di Bojonegoro. Namun agaknya kisah tutur masyarakat setempat memang ada, misalnya orang-orang tua dulu yang menyebut pantang dalam peperangan lebih dulu menyeberangi bengawan sore (sekarang bengawan Solo). Barang siapa yang menyeberang lebih dulu pasti bakal kalah. Kisah ini terbukti dalam kisah peperangan hebat di bengawan Solo yang menewaskan Arya Penangsang alias Aryo Jipang, penguasa Kadipaten Jipang.

Arya Penangsang tewas bersama kudanya si Garak Rimang, setelah dikeroyok prajurit Sultan Pajang, Sultan Hadiwijaya alias Maskarebet atau Jaka Tingkir. Dalam cerita buku Babad Tanah Jawi yang disusun oleh W.L. Olthof di Leiden, Belanda pada 1941, untuk membunuh Arya Penangsang yang pemberang itu memang sulit karena kesaktiannya tiada tanding. Namun akhirnya Arya Penangsang mati dicacah pedang dan tombak setelah dia melanggar kutukan, yakni menyerang lebih dulu dengan menyeberang bengawan.

Kepala Dinas Bina Marga dan Pengairan (DBMP) Kota Bandung Iskandar Zulkarnain mengatakan tanggul yang rusak yakni Cidadap, Coblong, Cicendo, Andir, Astana Anyar, dan Bojong Loa Kidul.  "Kerusakan tanggul disebabkan oleh luapan air yang tidak terbendung dan curah hujan yang tinggi," kata Iskandar, Rabu, 19 Maret 2014.

Berdasarkan pantauan Tempo, banjir menerjang sejumlah kawasan, seperti Jalan Rumah Sakit dan Jalan Dr Djundjunan di depan Bandung Trade Center (BTC). "Banjir di depan BTC merupakan banjir terparah saat ini," kata Iskandar.

Hingga saat ini DBMP masih menghitung jumlah tanggul yang rusak di sepanjang Sungai Citepus. Iskandar menyatakan lembaganya sudah memperbaiki sejumlah tanggul yang rusak itu. Namun, dia melanjutkan, karena curah hujan terlampau tinggi, tanggul-tanggul tersebut tidak dapat menampung debit air.

"Kami sudah menyiapkan tiga pompa penyedot air dan sejumlah karung untuk menampung debit air," kata Iskandar. Dia mengatakan pihaknya kini berfokus pada penanganan kerusakan tanggul yang memicu terjadinya banjir di Jalan Rumah Sakit dan Jalan Djundjunan. "AKibat tanggul rusak, jalan di beberapa ruas juga rusak," katanya.
